Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our territory, including prospecting and cold calling
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions using our hydraulic hose products and services
  • Territory Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and market penetration
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure timely delivery, service resolution, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the industrial, automotive, or hydraulic service industries.
  • Education: High school diploma required
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related products is a plus
  • Training: Formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales) is a plus
  • Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the assigned territory

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
