Key Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Sales and Service Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

On-Site Service: Responding to emergency service calls and performing on-site hose replacements to minimize downtime for our clients. If they have hydraulics? They're a customer of ours! Which means no two days in a row are alike!
Custom Hose Assemblies: Utilizing your technical expertise to create custom hose assemblies tailored to our clients' specific requirements.
Preventative Maintenance: Conducting scheduled maintenance visits to identify and address potential hose issues before they cause operational disruptions.
Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, offering technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stopping by and saying hello to your accounts is a requirement!
Inventory Management: Managing and restocking your service vehicle with necessary equipment, hoses, and fittings.

Qualifications:
To excel as a Mobile Sales and Service Technician at Pirtek, you should possess the following qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude and a background in hydraulics or industrial hoses is preferred but will consider somebody who is mechanically inclined. Auto, Heavy Truck, Heavy equipment mechanic is preferred, but not a must!
Exceptional problem-solving skills, flexibility and the ability to work independently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills. We're on time and clean up after ourselves!
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Drug test is required so we can insure you!
The ability to lift heavy equipment and hoses.
