What You’ll Do

You’ll be the face of PIRTEK in your territory — building relationships, solving problems, and driving revenue growth by:

New Business Development

Prospect and identify new customers daily through in-person visits, phone calls, and email outreach.
Follow up on leads from our Mobile Service Technicians (MSSTs) and marketing campaigns.
Introduce potential customers to our Preventative Maintenance Program.

Account Management & Growth

Nurture relationships with existing customers to uncover additional needs and grow sales volume.
Present new product lines and service solutions that improve customer operations.
Follow up after completed jobs to ensure satisfaction and encourage Google reviews.

Community & Networking

Attend local networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups.
Represent the PIRTEK brand professionally through appearance, communication, and service.

Planning & Reporting

Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed monthly goals.
Track all sales activity in our CRM and provide periodic sales forecasts.

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team environment.
Ability to quickly learn and effectively explain our products and services.
Professional, reliable, and punctual, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to persuasively present yourself — including explaining why you are the right person for this role.

PIRTEK franchises are locally owned and operated by people interested in your success. Many Mobile Sales and Service Technicians go on to become Operation Managers, Business Managers, and even Franchise Owners themselves.
