About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site hydraulic hose installations and repairs for various equipment.
- Diagnose hydraulic system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain inventory of hydraulic components and tools in the service vehicle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on hydraulic systems.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in hydraulics is a plus.
- Proven experience in hydraulic systems, preferably in a mobile service environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
