The Role
We are hiring a high-caliber operator to lead the Savannah and Hilton Head regions. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of operations, sales execution, and team performance.

You will lead mobile technicians, build and manage a sales team, and develop relationships with maintenance and operations leaders at key accounts. For the right leader, this is an opportunity to help scale a high-potential service business while being compensated like a partner through performance.

What You’ll Own

Operations & KPI Execution

  • Lead dispatch, scheduling, and service delivery across Savannah and Hilton Head

  • Improve technician productivity: utilization, billable hours, response time, and first-time fix rate

  • Increase revenue per truck through disciplined routing and scheduling

  • Maintain safety, quality, and documentation standards across job sites

  • Install a consistent operating cadence with KPIs, team huddles, and performance reviews

Sales Leadership & Growth

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-activity sales team

  • Drive new account acquisition across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, municipal, construction, and waste sectors

  • Expand recurring revenue through preferred vendor relationships and preventative maintenance programs

Customer Leadership

  • Build strong relationships with maintenance and operations leaders at key accounts

  • Engage executive stakeholders when needed

  • Resolve escalations quickly while protecting long-term customer relationships

Financial & Team Leadership

  • Manage key P&L drivers including pricing discipline, overtime control, and inventory health

  • Improve invoicing speed and reduce billing disputes

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing technicians and sales talent

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Based in Greater Savannah, GA or Hilton Head, SC

  • Proven operations leadership in industrial services, logistics/3PL, fleet maintenance, distribution, manufacturing services, or construction services

  • Experience hiring and managing teams with sales accountability

  • Confident communicator with customers and senior leaders

  • KPI-driven leader who is hands-on and execution focused

Strong Plus

  • Military service or leadership experience

  • Experience scaling an SMB, branch, or regional operation

  • Familiarity with field service dispatch and technician utilization

  • Exposure to hydraulics, heavy equipment, or industrial maintenance
