About the Role:

Join PIRTEK Collinsville as a Hydraulic Hose Service Technician, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional hydraulic solutions to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

Perform on-site hydraulic hose installations and repairs for various equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system issues to provide effective solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of hydraulic components and supplies.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to hydraulic systems.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in hydraulics is a plus.
Proven experience in hydraulic systems or mechanical service preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
