What You'll Do

As a Mobile Hydraulic Hose Technician, you'll operate your own fully equipped service truck while responding directly to customer locations.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose hydraulic hose failures on industrial and mobile equipment
Fabricate hydraulic hose assemblies on-site
Install hydraulic hoses and fittings
Troubleshoot hydraulic systems
Inspect equipment and identify additional maintenance opportunities
Complete electronic work orders accurately
Maintain inventory on assigned service vehicle
Deliver outstanding customer service during every call
Participate in rotating after-hours and weekend emergency service schedule
Follow OSHA, DOT, and company safety procedures
Mentor and assist other technicians when needed

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who enjoys mechanical work and thrives working independently.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of mechanical experience
Experience working on:
- Heavy equipment
- Construction equipment
- Diesel trucks
- Agricultural equipment
- Industrial machinery
- Fleet maintenance
- Automotive repair
Strong troubleshooting skills
Mechanical aptitude
Clean driving record
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Strong communication skills
Dependable and self-motivated

Preferred Experience

Hydraulic systems
Hose fabrication
Mobile service
Welding or fabrication
CDL (not required)
DOT vehicle experience
Electrical troubleshooting
Preventative maintenance
